Scope of Work: Services are defined in a written contract or estimate, including project specifications, materials, timeline, and pricing.
Changes to Scope: Any modifications must be approved in writing and may affect cost/timeline.
Permits: Company secures required permits unless otherwise agreed. Customer covers permit fees.
Estimates: Valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if materials/labor costs change or hidden issues (e.g., structural damage) are discovered.
Deposit: 30% deposit required to schedule work.
Progress Payments: Due at milestones (e.g., post-demolition, pre-finishing).
Final Payment: Due upon project completion and your inspection.
Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly interest (18% APR) after 15 days.
Customer Cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable if canceled after 3 business days.
Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel due to safety concerns, non-payment, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), with notice.
Labor Warranty: 1-year coverage for workmanship defects.
Material Warranties: Follow manufacturers’ terms (provided upon request).
Exclusions: Damage due to neglect, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature voids warranty.
Company Liability: We carry general liability and workers’ compensation ins
Property Damage: We repair/replace damage caused by our negligence.
Customer Responsibility: Secure valuables; not liable for pre-existing conditions uncovered during work.
Delays due to weather, material shortages, or change orders will be communicated promptly.
No Penalties for Delays: Unless caused by Company negligence.
Mediation: Disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation in Salt Lake County, UT.
Legal Action: If unresolved, governed by Utah law; venue in Salt Lake County courts.
Subcontractors: We may hire licensed subcontractors but remain responsible for their work.
Access: Customer must provide uninterrupted access to the worksite during agreed hours.
Cleanup: Debris removal included unless noted otherwise.
